When you place a cash-on-delivery order, we use the name, phone number, city, address and order details you provide to confirm, prepare and deliver your purchase.

Essential storage

The website stores essential preferences needed for features you request, including your shopping bag, wishlist, language and privacy choice. These features continue to work when marketing tracking is declined.

Campaign attribution

We may attach limited campaign parameters, such as UTM source and campaign name, to an order so we can understand which campaign generated it. We do not store free-form browsing history in the order.

Meta marketing tools

If you select Accept all, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API help us measure product views, cart activity, checkout and purchases, and improve advertising relevance.

• The browser Pixel may use Meta identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc.
• Purchase events sent from our server use an event ID to avoid double counting.
• Phone numbers used for event matching are normalized and hashed on the server before they are sent to Meta.

Your choice

Meta marketing tools remain off until you accept. Choosing Continue without marketing does not affect shopping or ordering. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Sharing and security

We share information only with services needed to operate the store, fulfil orders, or provide marketing measurement you accepted. Private credentials remain on the server and are never placed in browser code.
